RiskControl smart home integration plan includes video intercom system at the main entrance, smart fingerprint lock system and smart home burglary prevention & alarm system. The indoor smart home burglary prevention & alarm system includes Internet alarm host, wireless intruding alertor, wireless emergency button, wireless entrance monitoring camera, wireless smoke sensor, wireless sound & light alertor, gas & water leakage alertor.

Conduct all-round real-time monitoring on the apartment from the main entrance. When the proprietor is not home, the deployment button will be pushed and the system will automatically launch all-round monitoring. When someone attempts to intrude, the intruder will be photographed immediately by indoor monitoring system. The photo will be sent to the proprietor’s mobile phone and the proprietor can call the police and inform guards of property management promptly.

Home Safety

When the infrared alertor is launched, anyone intruding into the apartment from the door or windows will trigger an alarm, and the property management center and the proprietor will be alarmed.

If the old men and children in the home encounter an emergency, push the emergency alarm button and the alarm will be sent to property management center and a text message will be sent to the mobile phone of the proprietor.

A gas or water leakage in the kitchen will automatically trigger an alarm, which will be sent to property management center and the proprietor’s mobile phone.

The signals sent by all kinds of wireless or wired security devices (such as infrared, sound & light, smoke sensing, water logging detector, emergency button, etc.) installed at home, after being analyzed and processed by smart terminal devices, will be transmitted to community security center and the proprietor’s mobile phone. The user can use a mobile phone or a computer to confirm alarm information in the system and check the security information with management center to timely handle incidents. The information will be kept in the system permanently.

The wireless network camera installed at home can automatically photograph any intruder and send the photos to community security center or the proprietor’s mobile phone. The photos are kept in the network, making it convenient to get the photos after an incident.

The situation at home can be seen at a distance with adjustable cameras. The cameras can be operated at a distance with a mobile phone app.
