Beijing RiskControl Security Service Co., Ltd. (北京忠诚卫士保安服务有限公司) was established in 2001. It is a company that specializes in providing high-end security services for embassies, international schools, well-known international and domestic companies, and retailers in China. The company offers a wide range of security services, including guard services, patrolling, protection, anti-theft, fire prevention, central control room management, emergency response, access control, personal bodyguard services, special protection for large events, and electronic security systems.
RiskControl's professional security services are available in major cities across China, including Beijing, Shanghai, Tianjin, Shenyang, Dalian, Changchun, Harbin, Jiamusi, Ulanqab, Qingdao, Jinan, Hefei, Suzhou, Ningbo, Hangzhou, Fuzhou, Nanchang, Changsha, Guangzhou, Taiyuan, Urumqi, Nanning, Chengdu, Zhengzhou, Xi'an, Wuhan, Qingzhou, Dongguan, Xiamen, Nanjing, Shenzhen, Guiyang, Haikou, Chongqing, Macau, and other key cities nationwide.
Organizational Structure
In accordance with the Company Law of the People's Republic of China and based on the company's actual situation, Beijing RiskControl Security Service Co., Ltd. has established a clear and accountable organizational structure. The company is led by the executive management team under the General Office and consists of the following seven departments:
Human Resources Department
Responsible for managing human resources, including recruitment, employee training, performance evaluations, and employee relations.
Finance Department
Oversees the financial management of the company, including budgeting, fund allocation, financial reporting, tax management, and auditing.

Responsible for customer service and business support, handling customer needs, managing client relationships, and promoting the company's products and services for market expansion.

Focuses on providing specialized security services, including high-risk protection and critical event security.

Ensures the smooth execution of security operations, overseeing staff deployment, logistics, and operational efficiency.

As of December 28, 2023, our company has successfully completed all departmental training goals for the year, including monthly, quarterly, and annual objectives.

Security Systems and Equipment Operation Training: 8 sessions, with 100% coverage of staff.
In total, we conducted 505 training sessions (both on-site and online via DingTalk) across the year, reaching approximately 3,069 participants. The average training time per employee was around 70 hours.
Additionally, in 2023, 353 employees passed the security qualification exam and obtained their security certificates, bringing the certification rate of our security staff to 100%.
