Policy of Riskcontrol
Riskcontrol is in the business of protection. This extends beyond protecting the digital lives of our customers and applies to our employees and those we interact with as part of our wider value chain. Through our suite of policies, including our Modern Slavery policy and Code of Conduct, we commit to a high standard of behaviour towards all employees and other personnel, as well to respect human rights in all our operations and business dealings.
Modern Slavery Policy
At Riskcontrol, our commitment to respect human rights is embedded in this Modern Slavery Policy. We will respect human rights in all of our operations and business dealings.
Slavery, servitude, child labour, forced labour, human trafficking and any related
exploitation (together, “modern slavery”) will not be tolerated by Riskcontrol.
Riskcontrol operates in many countries around the world, which have domestic laws against modern slavery. This policy is designed to ensure that Riskcontrol complies with the applicable laws in the jurisdictions in which Riskcontrol operates and with relevant international standards, including the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights, the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, and the International Labour Organisation Declaration on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work.
We will conduct due diligence to identify and assess the risk of modern slavery in our business and supply chain, and remediate it, where required. We will review and re-assess our approach on a regular basis.
It is Riskcontrol 's responsibility to ensure that there are safe and effectively managed channels and procedures to report modern slavery.
The General Counsel together with the Internal Audit team has overall responsibility for ensuring this policy complies with our legal obligations and that Riskcontrol staff and others under our control comply with it. All directors, officers, employees must:
a. read and understand this policy;
b. undertake necessary training, where relevant;
c. avoid any activity that might lead to, or constitute modern slavery; and
d. raise any concerns and report any actual or suspected modern slavery at Riskcontrol or at our business partners either to the appropriate line manager,
Any suspected breach of this policy will be investigated and any person found to be in breach may face disciplinary action.
Riskcontrol will adopt international standards in its recruitment of staff, including the Employer Pays Principle, and require its business partners to adhere to labor, health, safety and employment laws in the countries in which they operate, and to ensure that they have or put in place measures to prevent and address modern slavery.
All companies within the Group are service providers, and as such, our largest resource is our employees. We carefully check that all of our employees have the right to work in this country, and we ensure that our pay rates are at or above the relevant National Minimum Wage and
/ or Living Wage. We also expect a commitment to these principles from all of the organizations we do business with, and we will not support or do business knowingly with organizations involved in any form of modern slavery.

Human rights, Labor and social standards
We value people and respect human rights. As a company that aims for profitable growth, we have decided to pursue sustainable value creation, which means working to make a positive contribution to the protection and promotion of human rights and the well-being of people. We are committed to internationally agreed standards such as the United Nations Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the United Nations Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights, the OECD Guidelines on Transnational Enterprises and the ILO Tripartite Declaration of Principles on Transnational Enterprises and Social Policy (the Declaration on Transnational Enterprises).
Respect in the Workplace
Everyone at Riskcontrol should feel valued and respected. Therefore, we expect each of us to refrain from saying or doing anything insulting, condescending, offensive or disrespectful to our colleagues. This is the basis of our motivation and dedication.
Our team is built on talent, and we appreciate the differences in our team because they make us stronger and are the key to our success. We promote an inclusive environment that embraces diversity of all backgrounds, ideas, perspectives, demographics, races and origins.
In addition, Riskcontrol requires any employee responsible for supply chain management to complete a training course on how to identify potential risks of human trafficking in a business and how to determine actions that can be taken to address potential risks.
Code of Conduct
We have a Code of Conduct which lays out the principles all our staff must follow and sets the foundation for how we work together, treat our customers and operate responsibly within a set of diverse markets and constraints. In particular, it outlines our business ethics as well as how to select and work with our suppliers. We have procedures in place for addressing breaches of the Code of Conduct in a timely and consistent manner.
In a rapidly changing and highly competitive world, it is critical to stay focused on what really matters to us at Riskcontrol. Our values -- responsibility -- help us do this. They remind us of Riskcontrol's position and serve as a standard for how we do business.
We strictly abide by high standards of laws and regulations and business ethics. Our Code of Conduct defines the boundaries within which we, as Riskcontrol employees, must comply with the law and internal policies. By doing so, it protects Riskcontrol and each of us.
Our code of conduct guides us in putting our values and commitments into practice -- across the company, in everything we do. It helps us navigate areas and situations where responsible behavior and ethical decision-making are critical. Only if we fully comply with our code of conduct and all laws and regulations can we enjoy the respect and trust of our customers, investors, employees and all other stakeholders.
Our code of conduct does not cover in detail the variety of situations we may encounter. It is up to each of us to ensure that we understand Riskcontrol's policies and procedures and maintain high ethical standards in all aspects of our work - even if our code of conduct does not provide direct guidance. We are always expected to have both integrity and common sense. When in doubt, we always speak up and ask for help.
